Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards can be used as full or part payment for any products purchased from our retail departments. 
• Please note that gift cards are not accepted in The Restaurant or Garden Cafe. 
• Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
• No expired gift cards will be accepted.
• No cash alternative.
• A gift card cannot be used to purchase an additional gift card.
• No replacement can be provided for lost, damaged or stolen gift cards. 
• Photocopied gift cards are not accepted.
• Bay View Garden Centre reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. 

Christmas Postage

The last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Tuesday 19th December. Any gift vouchers/cards purchased after this date will still be posted within 24 hours but we cannot gurantee they will arrive before Christmas. Restaurant Gift Vouchers and Bay View Gift Cards can be purchased online and picked up in store up until 12pm on Christmas Eve.
